Mini Me Chocolate Cake

Our signature chocolate cake is all chocolate, without being too sweet. Chef Ansel zooms in on texture, creating five different textures of chocolate in one cake: a moist chocolate sponge cake, feathery-light chocolate mousse, smooth chocolate ganache, crispy chocolate mini meringues (or Mini Me’s) and a velvety layer of cocoa powder.
