Your items will be available for pick-up only on the specified date; it will not be kept for a pickup on a later date. Items must be ordered at least 2 days before date/time of pick up. If you need your items sooner, please try calling the store at 702.731.7865 as orders can sometimes be processed faster pending availability. The first hour of parking at Caesars Palace is free. Please park in general parking, go to the pickup counter at Dominique Ansel Bakery for assistance.
STORAGE
Do not refrigerate as the humidity from the refrigerator will cause the pastry to get soggy and loose its crispy exterior. Store in a cool, dry place and best eaten on the same day it is baked. This pastry has a short shelf-life and should not be consumed after 8 hours of pick up.
Please make sure to enjoy your Cronut® pastries immediately, as they are baked fresh every day and have quite a short shelf life of just about 6-8 hours.
If you are taking Cronut® pastries home, please do not refrigerate! The humidity from the refrigerator will make them soggy. Do not re-heat Cronut® pastries or serve them warm or hot, as the ganache filling will liquify. And if you do wish to cut your Cronut®, please use a serrated knife, so as not to crush the layers.
